Laetitia Minniti: At the Heart of YEAH!’s Project Coordination

Since January 2025, Laetitia Minniti has been serving as Project Manager for YEAH! at Université Grenoble Alpes. As a member of the MSPRI (Management and Support for Research and Innovation Projects) and within the RePSO team at Université Grenoble Alpes within the DGDRIV (General Directorate for Research, Innovation and Knowledge Transfer), she leads the day-to-day implementation of the project with rigor, dedication, and a strong sense of human connection.

A Demanding Start and Intense Coordination

From the official launch of the project, Laetitia took charge of organizing the kick-off meeting in Brussels, bringing together all 16 consortium partners. In the very first weeks, she worked closely with a communications agency on the project’s visual identity, and led the preparation of key deliverables related to governance, communication, and project management. This foundational document outlines roles, risks, management protocols, and communication strategies.

Ensuring Smooth Project Implementation

Laetitia ensures that YEAH! stays on track with its deadlines, scientific goals, deliverables, and budget. She serves as the main point of contact with the European Commission, ensuring that all changes and unforeseen situations are addressed properly. She also collaborates with the financial management team to maintain consistent budget oversight, even if the monitoring remains partial across partners.

Building Connections, Preventing Conflict, Coordinating Stakeholders

Beyond technical responsibilities, Laetitia plays a key role in maintaining relationships between partners. She participates in scientific and coordination meetings, anticipates potential issues, mediates disagreements, and ensures ongoing engagement from all consortium members. In times of tension, she listens, calms, and helps find solutions. Her approach—firm yet empathetic—helps maintain cohesion within a complex international consortium.

A Crucial Role at the Crossroads of Management, Support, and Diplomacy

Laetitia’s role is both behind-the-scenes and central: she manages, responds, follows up, structures, supports, and mediates. She’s the one who ensures everything runs smoothly: that meetings are held, communication flows, and teams keep moving forward. Without her, coordinating YEAH! would be far more chaotic.
