Scientific co-creation for better health impact YEAH! is a Horizon Europe research and innovation project to improve the health and wellbeing of children and young people across Europe.

At our heart lies co-creation, which brings together young people, families, schools, municipalities, researchers, and local organisations to create informed, locally relevant interventions (maybe solutions instead) together.
We’re using the Cascade co-creation system, which applies the science of collaboration to create co-creation labs: open, flexible, safe spaces, where everyone is equal, is heard, and can grow each other’s ideas.
Through a network of these labs, across seven European countries, we’ll make sure that interventions (solutions developed?) are not only based on evidence, but also shaped by the needs, priorities, and realities of the communities involved.

Green spaces, safe travel, community groups and projects that welcome everyone. Environments are critical for young people to take charge of their wellbeing and local authorities have a key role in that.

Municipalities in France can join the YEAH! co-creation process now.
Collaborate with the research team from the Université Grenoble Alpes and local facilitators to co-create and test innovative interventions.
You’ll not only support the wellbeing of young people in your area, but also provide valuable insights for the large-scale cross-Europe roll-out of this initiative planned for 2026.

Your municipality is interested in partnering with YEAH! and contributing to healthier, more equitable futures for young people, we would love to hear from you.
Together, let’s co-create healthier environments for the next generation.

Yes. Everyone taking part will receive vouchers as a thank-you for their time and contributions.
The type and amount of vouchers are decided by each participating organization, based on local rules.

You’ll receive clear information about your voucher(s) from your local project contact.
Any notes or recordings made during the sessions will be used anonymously to support the design of the intervention.
Your personal details (like your name or contact information) are not shared outside the local research team and are never included in reports.
Everything is handled in line with European data protection laws (GDPR).
Each country team has a local contact person who you can reach out to at any time. You’ll receive their name and contact details at the start of the co-creation process. If the project is happening in a school or youth center, you can also speak with your teacher or youth worker.
